Toast recipe for on the BBQ
Ingredients
- White Casino bread
- Butter
- Finely chopped garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Grate Goods SPG rub
Materials
- BBQ, grill or skillet to toast the bread
Step by step
Step 1: Preparation
Mix the soft butter to taste with the garlic, parsley and SPG rub.
Get a slice of casino bread and spread it on both sides with the garlic butter.
Step 2: Preparation
Grill the toast on both sides for about 90 seconds or until the toast is a nice golden brown.
Step 3: Serve
Delicious as a BBQ side dish or to top with ‘Cold smoked veal tartar‘.
