The secret is the right preparation, so make sure you have the right piece of meat and start preparing the AllBrine in time! Shoulder chops are perfect for this dish as they are rich in flavor and juiciness. Add the AllBrine to improve the taste and give a nice color effect to the Pushed Pork. Mix some AllBrine Color with boiled water and let it cool to refrigerator temperature Brine the shoulder chops with the AllBrine. Then it’s time for the rub! By adding some olive oil to the meat, the rub will stick perfectly. Rub the Pushed Pork generously with, for example: the All Purpose, the Spicy Chipotle or the Pulled Pork Sirup with a touch of curry.

How to prepare the Pushed Pork at home

Heat your closed barbecue to 100-110 °C. Give your meat a delicious smoky flavor by placing a block of smoking wood between the coals. Keep the temperature steady and wait for the rub to stick to your meat. This will later form a tasty crust, also known as ‘Bark’. After this process, it’s time for the ‘Texas Crunch’!
