Smash Burger - Grate Goods Style

Hot barbecue (160 – 180 degrees) or use a grill pan

Step by step

Step 1: Preparation

Fire up your barbecue or set up your grilling pan. Slice your red onions and wash the lettuce. Put these ingredients aside and cut the brioche bun. Get the rest of the ingredients ready and wait for your barbecue to reach the right temperature.

Step 2: Barbecuing or grilling

When making smash burgers in large amounts, have an extra person ready to ensure you can serve the burgers somewhat hot.

Grill your smash burgers for a couple of minutes, with the first flip of the meat, add cheddar cheese on top. Don’t let the meat dry out to much!

Step 3: Stacking your burger

Grill your brioche bun on the barbecue and start stacking your ingredients. Start with the lettuce, add your burger(s) and add our Memphis Smokey Sauce. (don’t be shy, add loads!) finish with the onions and any other ingredients you have deemed worthy of being added to your burger. Enjoy!
